My career has always been about small business. Working for small businesses, selling advertising to small businesses, creating radio, t.v., and print advertisements for small businesses. Launching my own small businesses and in one instance growing my small business start-up to over $1 million per year in revenue and later selling that business to a corporate competitor.

In more recent years I have had the good fortune to coach small businesses in various stages of growth. From underfunded start-ups to well established businesses that were looking to expand and/or position the business for maximum valuation upon the owner's planned retirement.

Small businesses are the historic lifeblood of our American economy. They are the realization of a founder's dream and passion. And in many cases the small business is the single most direct route to creating wealth and financial security. However, the small business is also fraught with multiple risks. The greatest of which is the mindset of the business creator himself, or herself. The very skills that drive you to successfully launch a business, can often cause you to think you have what it takes to overcome every obstacle you encounter.
